Our rooms
The six rooms are simple, but the large windows filter natural light through the lace, projecting floating embroidery onto the parquet. The sun's rays warm them and enhance the spaciousness of the rooms. The standard rooms are set up as follows:
- three triples with a double bed (160*200 centimeters) and a single bed (80/90*200 centimeters),
- one double (160*200 centimeters),
- two singles: one with two beds (80*200 centimeters) and the other with a single bed (90*200 centimeters) and a three-quarter bed (120*200 centimeters),
However, we can add cribs for babies, cots or move the single beds to create quadruple rooms: there is no lack of space!
The main features are the solid wood furnishings with rustic finishes and warm colors. In some rooms you can rest your head on soft, enveloping feather pillows or, if you prefer, on synthetic ones.
With loving care, we have restored the hand-embroidered linens of our ancestors, bringing them back to life in a country-shabby style.
We indulged ourselves by sewing valances, cushions and curtains, using dozens and dozens of meters of lace, flounces, trimmings, natural linen and cotton.
If you are a light sleeper, you might share the sunrise with a rooster or donkey from the neighborhood. Or, before checking the time on your phone, the chimes of the ancient clock on the bell tower will mark the passing moments.
In the past, it was Grandpa Toni who was the keeper of time, lovingly caring for the bell tower mechanism.
